“Knowing that we can be loved exactly as we are gives us all the best opportunity for growing into the healthiest of people.”

Services
I offer individual and family therapy, available both in-person and online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform—whichever feels most comfortable for you. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and play therapy. These relational and trauma-informed modalities center the therapeutic relationship as a key source of healing.
In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment or shame. Whether you're navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, identity formation, or family stress, therapy can be a place to feel seen, supported, and soothed.
I welcome clients of all identities. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally inclusive. If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us determine if we're a good fit.
Anxiety and Burnout
Anxiety and burnout can make everyday life feel overwhelming—like you're constantly stuck in survival mode. Maybe you wake up already exhausted, overthinking everything, or feeling emotionally raw and disconnected. Even the smallest tasks can feel like mountains to climb. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone—and you don’t have to keep going through it alone. In therapy, we’ll gently explore the patterns and pressures that have brought you here. Together, we’ll develop tools to reduce anxiety, create sustainable boundaries, and practice real self-care.
ADHD Challenges
Living with ADHD can feel like you are too much and not enough all at once. Maybe you’ve been told you're “too sensitive,” “too disorganized,” or just need to “try harder.” I see you and I know it’s not about trying harder. It’s about understanding your brain, your nervous system, and finding what actually works for you. In our work together, we’ll explore how ADHD shows up in your daily life—emotionally, relationally, and functionally. We’ll look at patterns of self-criticism, executive functioning struggles, and the impact of growing up misunderstood. I’ll support you in understanding the way your brain works, building practical tools, developing compassion for yourself, and fostering a sense of agency in how you move through the world. You don’t have to mask or manage alone. Therapy can be a place where you get to be fully yourself—without judgment.
Children’s Therapy (ages 7-12)
Small humans with individual personalities and big feelings, children have specific needs. I offer child-centered play therapy rooted in interpersonal neurobiology, creating a safe and nurturing space where children can process their emotions, build resilience, and feel understood. Through the power of play, I help children learn to identify their feelings, communicate their needs, and develop emotional regulation skills. Sessions are tailored to meet your child where they are developmentally and emotionally—whether they’re struggling with anxiety, behavioral challenges, transitions, or big life stressors. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering support and strategies to strengthen the parent-child relationship and help your family feel more connected and supported at home.
